Mark Loftus is one of the few AQB Certified USPAP Instructors in the country to have been a full-time investigator for a state appraiser board (TALCB). He has investigated hundreds of complaints, and each included reviewing appraisal reports for violations of USPAP.
Mark's current work as consultant to appraisers facing complaints keeps him up to date with the sanctions appraisers receive. He brings firsthand experience and practical approaches to bear when teaching appraisal courses.
