Mark's current work as consultant to appraisers facing complaints keeps him up to date with the sanctions appraisers receive. He brings firsthand experience to bear when teaching the 7-hour, and 15-hour USPAP classes.

Mark Loftus is one of the few AQB Certified USPAP Instructors in the country to have been a full-time investigator for a state appraiser board (TALCB).  He has investigated hundreds of complaints and each included reviewing appraisal reports for violations of USPAP.
